2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the party that filed the original DMCA notice
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a lawsuit seeking a court order.
