We are seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Digital Twin Data Entry Specialist to review assigned files, such as diagrams or designs, and extract data related to digital asset inventory. Job responsibilities are to move data from original sources to a digital database, such as Microsoft Excel or other data platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This role requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple files efficiently.

 

Job Responsibilities include:

Collaborate with design drafters and management to ensure drawings accurately reflect the machinery and any updates required.Maintain and organize a library of design files for easy access and future revisionsPulling files or receiving files as assigned from SupervisorMapping, defined as transferring / inputting required data from source files into data tables (MS Excel or otherwise as specified), including Store Number, QR Code, MDM Asset ID, Tag ID, Aisle Location, and other data as requested o Enter data quickly and efficiently, meeting accuracy and completeness requirements as identified throughout the course of the engagementSearch for relevant digital asset inventory data as required and investigate information contained in files when necessaryUpload data, performing regular database backups to secure dataReview data for deficiencies or errors

Must Have:

2+ years’ experience accurately mapping and uploading data.Detail-Oriented: Must be meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple files while ensuring all details are correct.Strong knack for technology and ability to learn new platforms quicklyExcellent written and spoken communication skillsStrong multitasking skills, able to navigate multiple applications at one time

 

 

 

Compensation:

$18/hr to $19/hr.

 

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

 

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law
